I moved to Vail in 1974 and have been a concerned and active citizen and have been involved with many charities. 

Hence, at the consumation of each of my real estate transactions I give my buyer or seller the opportunity to choose which local non-profit I will give a portion of my earnings....Let's talk and see how your next real estate transaction will not only be good for you but will help our whole community.
